Perina is a 38-year-old businesswoman who lives in Juba. She is married and has eight children between the ages of 25 and 10. Six of them go to school.
Perina runs a food store business and she has been in the business for six years. She has no employees. Perina heard about Finance Sudan through the marketing done in the market. She is taking a loan of 800 SDG to purchase more food items like sorghum, maize and cassava. Besides this business, Perina has no other source of income.
In five years time, Perina would like to hope for an increase in the business size.
Her major challenges include high competition and home expenses.
Perina says that she is happy for Finance Sudan’s support in South Sudan.
