Mat is a father of two children. His children are eight years old and six years old. He has been selling vegetables since 2009. The business is going well but he wants to take out his second loan with VisionFund Indonesia to buy more and different variety of vegetables to sell from his stall.
Already, the income from the business has enabled him to put tiling on the floors of the home so they are no longer made of dirt. His wife is a house maid but he hopes his business can grow enough so that someday she can work with him rather than have to clean houses.
Additionally he hopes his children have the opportunity and the money to attend the university as he only was able to complete the ninth grade.
