The “Kory Jaulitas” community bank are about to start their fourteenth loan cycle with Pro Mujer, as part of the German Busch regional office. This group has nine members and is run by a board of directors which is led by Susana. The businesses that the members of the bank are engaged in are varied and include running a grocery store, selling vegetables, knitting gloves by hand, machine knitting and knitting blankets.

Susana tells us that she has been working with Pro Mujer for six months and joined through an invitation from a friend. She has a business selling rugs which she has been working in for years.

The loan that Susana is currently taking out will be used to increase her capital, buying canvas in the 16 de Julio market. She will later sell her products from her sales location.. This work enables her to make income with which to support her family. She is married and has four children.

When we asked her what she likes about Pro Mujer, Susana replied that she likes the health services and the savings.

La A.C. “KORY JAULITAS” iniciará su decimo cuarto ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del centro focal German Busch, está compuesta por nueve integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva encabezada por la señora Susana. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos tenemos: tienda de abarrotes, verduras, tejido a mano de guantes, tejido a máquina y tejido de mantas.

La señora Susana, indica que hace seis meses trabaja en Pro Mujer y que integro la institución por invitación de una amiga. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de venta de alfombras que viene trabajando hace años.

El crédito que ahora sacará es para aumentar su capital (compra de lona) que comprara de la feria 16 de julio y posteriormente lo venderá en su espacio de venta. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para apoyar a su familia, es casada y tiene cuatro hijos.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta el área de salud y el ahorro.
