Ha is 33 years old and lives in Ho Chi Minh city. She is married and has two daughters. For the past seven years, Ha has been working hard to manage her clothing business, which sells women's garments and children's wear and some small accessories.
To help expand her business, Ha has requested a loan to purchase a greater quantity and variety of women's garments and children's wear to sell. She hopes that this will enable her to generate greater profits and to improve the quality of life for her family. She hopes that in the future she will be able to better provide for her children and continue to grow her business.

Capital Aid Fund for Employment of the Poor (CEP) is a non-profit Vietnamese microfinance institution that operates in the provinces of southeastern Vietnam and the Mekong Delta.
