Concepción del Carmen is a hardworking and enterprising woman who produces and sells Nicaraguan desserts such as “atol” (corn porridge), rice pudding, rum cakes with caramel sauce, drunken sponge cake, and other items. She started this business 32 years ago so that she could help her three children get ahead.
La señora Concepción del Carmen es una mujer trabajadora y emprendedora quien se dedica a la producción y venta de postres Nicaragüenses como atol, arroz de leche, pio quintó y cajetas, sopa de borracha…etc. Este negocio lo inicio hace 32 años con el cual ha sacado adelante a sus tres hijos.
