Teofista is 57 years old and married. She has 9 adult children. She lives in Dalingap, Clarin Misamis Occidental.
To earn a living, Teofista owns and operates a business venture in the agriculture sector, planting and harvesting corn for sale. While not the only means for generating revenue, the main source of income for the business comes primarily from planting and harvesting corn. She has been in this business for over 10 years. Doing this type of business she has a return in the amount of Php 8,000 a month.
Early this year she joined GDMPC to gain financial assistance for her corn production. She is requesting a loan of Php 5000 to purchase fertilizers and other farm equipment for the better nourishment of her corn. In the future she plans to save money for her older age.

Today, it has over 15,000 members located in upland, lowland and coastal regions of the Philippines, and offers credit, savings, education, and various social services.
