El cuenta con el terreno apto para la explotación de este cultivo además de varios años de experiencia en el manejo de maíz. El quiere sembrar un área establecida de condiciones favorables para el buen desempeño de la plantación, y además tener los insumos necesarios para su buena fertilización y mejorar del cultivo. El con esta siembra pretende generar el máximo de ganancias para mejorar su nivel de vida y su bienestar familiar. También piensa con la ganancias generadas saldrá con los pagos establecidos del crédito. Es el primer préstamo que recibido de FUDECOSUR. El no había tenido antes otros préstamos en bancos estatales, pero FUDECOSUR le ha brindado el préstamo con mayores facilidades y la tasa de intereses mucho más baja.
