Libère est un commerçant âgé de 34ans qui habite la localité de Giheta de la Province de Gitega au centre du pays. Il fait le commerce de produits alimentaires (huile et poissons secs appelés « ndagala ») depuis 7 ans. Il est aussi cultivateur. Il a fait ses études jusqu'en 6e année primaire. Il est marie a Médiatrice et ont ensemble 3 enfants qui n’ont pas encore commence l’école.
Le crédit Kiva de 250,000 francs burundais qu’il obtient lui permet d’augmenter son capital pour acheter de grandes quantités de produits alimentaires (huile et ndagala) à revendre afin de réaliser de grands bénéfices et accroitre ses économies.
