Mrs. Enkhjargal, aged 52, works as a janitor in a retirement home which is located in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia. She has been doing this job for 6 years and during this time she has helped many elders. Enkhjargal is a widow and lives with her daughter in the slum district. Her house has become very old and uncomfortable, so it urgently needs some adjustments. The loan she is taking will be dedicated to purchasing some building materials that are needed to make adjustments to her house.
