Cesar, es un joven trabajador, se dedica a la agricultura, cultivando desde muy temprano café, cacao, asimismo se dedica a sacar la maleza que crece entre sus plantas. Tiene 05 años trabajando como peon y por tanto siempre está en los lugares donde las personas necesitan de su ayuda. Lo que más le gusta es dejar contentos a sus vecinos a quien brinda su apoyo en los cultivos, ya que lo hace muy bien y considera que lo más difícil es tener que trabajar duro para poder solventarse. En lo futuro piensa construir una casa, donde pueda vivir tranquilo y sin tener que pagar el alquiler de donde habita. Este será su crédito numero 03 con MFP y esta muy contento con el apoyo financiero ya que así se siente seguro de cumplir con su objetivo. En su banco comunal se lleva muy bien con todos y es participe en todas las reuniones que se lleva.
