La Señora. Carmen es socia del banco comunal Poloma, vive por una comunidad que se encuentra en la parroquia del Valle (Cuenca), lugar que se caracteriza por la belleza de sus paisajes, su gente mantiene la cultura y tradiciones de sus pueblos, son personas muy carismáticas y amables quienes se dedican al comercio, cría de animales y a la agricultura, muchos laboran en la ciudad en diferentes actividades.

Doña Carmen tiene 33 años, es casada y fruto de su unión conyugal ha concebido 7 hijos de 13, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 años de edad y su ultimo hijo es un bebé de 3 meses de edad, sus 4 primeros hijos estudian en una escuelita de la comunidad. Su esposo labora en la agricultura, la casa en la que habitan es de su propiedad.

La Señora Carmen se dedica a la agricultura, ella siembra hortalizas y verduras las cuales vende y también son para el consumo de su hogar. También trabaja en una casa de la ciudad como empleada domestica pero solo días que le llaman. En su casa se dedica también al negocio de cría y venta de cuyes y gallinas y es negociante de todo tipo de granos.

Este es su segundo crédito que realiza en el banco comunal y lo va a invertir en la compra de granos para la venta y alimento para sus animales.

Su meta es mejorar su casa.
