Sonia Margoth
Sonia is 30 years old and lives with her parents in Otavalo, in Imbabura province, in the north of Ecuador. She describes herself as a responsible, generous and very hard-working person.

Sonia works alone raising animals (pigs). This is the first loan that she has requested from Fodemi. She will invest it in buying piglets and nutritionally-balanced feed for them. With this investment, Sonia will increase her quantity of pigs and be able to raise and fatten them so that when she takes them to the livestock market, her animals will be suitable for her to sell and she will make good income with which to support her family.

Within five years, Sonia would like to have a large number of animals that she can sell and thereby manage to make good financial income so that she can start building her own house.
