Her business is selling fast-food such as salchipapas (thinly sliced sausage or hot dog with French fries and sauce), hot dogs and hamburgers from a stall she has at home. She sells her food from 7.00pm until 11.00pm. She has her own home where she lives with her husband who is always traveling for work reasons. She lives in the house with her children, daughter-in-law and grandchildren. Rosa used to have her food stall at a taxi stand but has been working in her new location for three years.
