Saroeun, who is 55 years old, is a farmer and sells food. She earns $3 per day. Her husband is a motor taxi driver and earns $3 per day. They have two children; one is studying and the other is a worker who earns $3 per day. Every month, Saroeun has to spend $66 on food, $3 on electricity, $5 on school fees, $5 on transportation, and $12 on other expenses. She would like to request a loan of $1000 to buy a motorbike with a cart attachment for her husband to provide an additional transportation service so that he can make a better income.
