El Sr. Luis es soltero, trabajador y perseverante en su lucha diaria de salir adelante con trabajo y esfuerzo; vive en casa de sus padres y se dedica a prestar el servicio de taxi en su moto; por todo el cercado de Ica. El crédito otorgado lo va a invertir en el mejoramiento de su vivienda (compra de muebles y mesa), su principal desafío del Sr. Luis es el trabajo arriesgado que realiza ya que él presta el servicio hasta altas horas de la noche, su sueño del Sr. Luis es tener su propia casa y vivir independientemente de su familia. El esta muy agradecido por el crédito otorgado ya que con ello va a mejorar su calidad de vida.

About Caja Rural Señor de Luren

Caja Rural Señor de Luren is a microfinance institution based in Ica in southern Peru that primarily promotes the development of the country’s agricultural sector through lending. Today, it also offers credit for consumers, microenterprises and housing improvements, and has expanded its financial services to promote micro-savings and provide micro-insurance. This institution has been instrumental in helping borrowers recover from the devastating earthquake in the Ica region in 2007, and works with Peru’s National Bank to reach some of the poorest and most remote microfinance clients in the country.
