Awa lives in the south of Senegal. She is married and has 3 children, who all go to the French School. For 10 years, Awa has been working as a seamstress. She buys fabric wholesale at the town's grand market,then takes the fabric back to her workshop where she makes women's clothing. She sells the clothes for 11,000 francs per outfit.

Awa supports her family with the profit and wants to increase the number of employees in her workshop because at the moment there is only one.
