El señor Franklin nacido Santa Cruz, es soltero, el es de ocupación chofer, tiene su casa en la por la angostura, a 30 km de el Torno, tiene su propia movilidad, en la cual el trabaja en la ciudad y también hace el recorrido de el Torno y Santa Cruz, y es su primer crédito que esta trabajando con emprender, mediante una promoción que se le hizo, ya que fue la única institución que le dio una mano para poder acceder al crédito, con el dinero del créditos comprara una motocicleta para trabajar y así mejorar sus ingresos económicos, por lo cual esta muy agradecido por el apoyo brindado.
