The communal bank “Cerro Verde was formed through the initiative of Señora Limpia. Currently they are in their 1st loan cycle with 11 members. When the group started it demonstrated unity and solidarity between the members; they are very hardworking. Through the Comité, they want a decent life for their families. They are all self-sacrificing women of limited means.

Maria is one of the members. She has a hairdressing salon which she has run for a very long time. She has a varied clientele which are loyal to her, whether they be men or women. She has a good income which helps her cover both business and household expenses. She would like to continue with her business and for this reason she is asking the Fundacion for a loan to buy scissors, dyes, gel, and chemicals necessary for a hairdressing salon, so as to stock her business.

El comité “Cerro Verde, se conformo con la iniciativa de la señora Limpia. Actualmente se encuentran en el primer ciclo, con 11 integrantes. El grupo empezó, demostrando unión y solidaridad entre las compañeras; son muy trabajadoras. A través del Comité ellas quieren lograr una vida digna para sus familias. Todas ellas son mujeres muy sacrificadas y de escasos recursos.
Maria, es una de las miembros, ella tiene una peluquería, la cual explota desde hace ya un buen tiempo, tiene muy variada clientela que siempre acuden a ella, ya sea hombres y mujeres. Tiene buen ingreso, lo que le ayuda a poder cubrir los gastos del negocio y de su casa. Le gustaría poder continuar con su negocio, por lo cual solicita el préstamo a la fundación, es decir para la compra de tijeras, gel, tintes, y algunos químicos necesarios para la peluquería, con lo que podrá surtir su negocio.
