Fabiana's story

Fabiana is a member of the “Urpicha” communal bank. She’s 53 years old, married and the mother of five children. She owns a pool hall. She was one of the communal bank’s founding members; she’s been a member of it for 15 years. Fabiana used to sell snacks at schools from a pushcart. She set goals to grow in her business and to figure out what was best for her. Thanks to that she was able to open a pool hall where she does quite well. Now, with the loan she’ll get she will buy a sandwich cart. One of her goals is that her children complete higher education.
