Jacinta is an elderly lady aged 66. She has seven children above the age of 23 and she is widowed. She owns semi-permanent rental houses which earn her a living. She has been renting out these houses for five years. Besides this, she farms to supplement her income. Being a member of Faulu Kenya, she has been able to access loans which she has used to boost her business.
Jacinta hopes to build permanent rental houses in five years. She has requested for 65,000 Kenya shillings to renovate the rental houses.
