Mary is 32 years old and married to her husband Joseph, who is a public service vehicle driver. She has a business selling construction stones from a quarry on her land for the past three years with the monthly income of 6,000 Kenya shillings (KES), which she uses to support her family.
She is applying for her third loan with KADET after successfully repaying her previous loans. Mary will use the loan to buy another quarry ground, which will increase her income. With the anticipated profit from the business she will educate her children.
Mary's dreams are to buy a trailer to help her transport the stones, which will help her improve the living standard of her family.
