Azizaga is 47 years old. He has been working in retail for the last six years. He manages his business together with his wife. Azizaga has two daughters and two sons. His goal is to distribute his products and to expand his coverage. For this reason, Azizaga applied for a his second loan through Aqroinvest. He will use it to buy merchandise to sell: water, soft drinks, cookies, candy, juice and more. Azizaga hopes to use the profit from the business to help his family.
Aqroinvest Credit Union was founded by a group of 32 Imishli farmers in 2001, and has grown to become one of the largest credit unions in Azerbaijan. It boasts a portfolio of nearly $5 million and is wholly owned by its more than 3,500 borrowers, as of December 2011.
