Irene se dedica a la venta de golosinas en el cafetín del colegio "Gervasio Santillana". En un comienzo no sabia nada de lo que es un negocio, pero gracias a la enseñanza de sus padres supo enfrentarlo, Sin embargo, no le era suficiente, por ello monto un mostrador para vender golosinas, desde entonces sus ganancias aumentaron. El trato amable y la variedad de productos que ofrecen le han dado mucha ventaja para captar clientela. Se siente muy entusiasmada por haber incursionado en el negocio, lo que ahora desea es abrir una tienda de abarrotes, donde pueda surtir sus productos, y pueda vender cereales, vegetales, carnicería y especias. Este será su primer crédito con MFP, por lo que se compromete en ser efectivo el pago de sus cuotas. Con los 1.500 nuevos soles, invertirá en la compra de nuevos productos para su cafetín.
