Nunu is from the village Varkhani. She is 50 years old, married, and lives with her husband, Merab, two sons (27 and 26 years old) and a daughter-in-law.
The family is busy with an agricultural business. They have a small dairy farm. Milk is used for cheese production, which is sold locally. Along with the dairy, Nunu trades second-hand clothes. She purchases clothes at a wholesale price and then sells them in her shop and nearby villages at a retail price.
Nunu requested credit for purchasing seasonal clothes for resale. She will offer a wide assortment of the clothes to the customers and increase her sales, and, consequently, her profit. She will reinvest part of the profit in the same business, and the other part will be used for improving family living conditions.
