Fidel Antonio
Fidel lives with his wife and his two children aged 8 and 12. He has a store where he sells basic household products (rice, beans, sugar and corn). He also has a mill for grinding 'nixtamal' (corn used in making tortillas). He works every day, from Monday to Sunday.

Fidel will use his loan to further grow his store. He used to have a well-stocked store but, owing to the crisis, his sales and customers dropped because he didn't have a large enough variety of products to offer his customers. He now also has a variety of fruit and vegetables in order to obtain more sales. Fidel will use his loan to buy soda, juices, cookies and oil.

Fidel's dream is to increase his sales by having a greater variety of products available and to continue taking out future loans so that he can continue working with the institution and, in this way, provide his family with the best.
