Librada vive en Ciudad del Este, tiene 19 años, ella está estudiando Licenciatura en enfermería. Ella tiene 2 hermanos que también están estudiando en la Universidad. Sus padres trabajan en una empresa familiar, gracias a la cual pudieron hacerles estudiar y salir adelante.
Librada actualmente trabaja en una farmacia y también vende ropas los fines de semana .Ella tiene muchos deseos de terminar su carrera, para poder trabajar en su profesión y de esa forma poder no solo ayudarse a si misma por medio de su trabajo, sino ayudar también a su familia y a su comunidad.
Ella solicita el préstamo para la compra de una computadora para utilizar en sus estudios, ya que esta es una herramienta muy importante para ella. Además de eso comprará materiales para su universidad.
