Mr.Sergelen is a 45-year-old father of three children. He lives in a Mongolian ger (a nomadic tent) which is cold during the winter. He has been driving a company car for six years and is one of the best drivers at the company. His wife works at home as a tailor taking orders from customers. She has been doing this business for many years. This is Mr. Sergelen's third loan request and he has repaid all previous loans successfully. As he said the Mongolian ger is very cold during the winter and he is worried about his family's health and comfort. The loan he requested will be used to buy a warm roof for the ger and repair his vehicle for better service.
