26-year old Wilson Fernando is single and has no children. He lives in Chillanes canton, in Bolívar province.
There are fifteen members in his Community Bank which is called the Unión y Progreso la Colombia Baja and is located 90 minutes from the cooperative. The branch deals mainly with agricultural loans for such items as cocoa seedlings, rice, maize, soya, bananas, oranges etc.
Wilson earns his living from the land. He grows cocoa, rice, maize, soya, and oranges which he buys and sells in San José del Tambo each weekend. He is seeking a loan to buy seeds, manure, fertilizer, and other supplies to keep his fields healthy. With the support he receives from this loan, he will be able to buy basic necessities.
The main difficulties Wilson faces are insect infestations and diseases, and the changing climate.
His dream is to buy a house of his own and not be worried about renting anywhere. In his free time he likes going out with his friends and enjoying the local fiestas.

Wilson se dedica a la agricultura, a la siembra de cacao arroz, maíz, soya, naranja, las compras y las ventas lo realiza en San José del Tambo cada fin de semana.

El sueño es comprarse una casa donde pueda vivir y no preocuparse del arriendo.
En los tiempos libres le gusta a pasear con los amigos y disfrutar de las fiestas de Cantón.
