Fidele fait partie du groupe Dushyirehamwe. Le nom du groupe signifie «mettons-nous ensemble ».Il a 36 et il est marié avec 3 enfants de 3 à 8 ans, dont 1 scolarisés et il a une personne en charge plus que ses enfants. Son niveau d’éducation est 8 ans de primaire.

Fidele est cultivateur de riz. C’est son premier cycle de prêt avec ACB. Il va utiliser son crédit pour acheter des engrais chimiques pour son agriculture de riz.

Sa stratégie pour la croissance de son business est cultivée à temps. Dans les prochaines années, Fidele voudrait être parmi les meilleurs cultivateurs de riz dans sa région et avoir la grande production du riz. Avec les profits, il prévoit d’éduquer ses enfants et les soigner.

In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a larger group of individuals. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee. In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.
