She is a hard-working woman who has demonstrated some abilities in business such as organisation and good management. Philo is planning with the next loan to increase the stock of her goods by buying some containers of purified water and some prepaid cards in order to meet the high demand of her customers in her community and generate more profit. Her business brings in profit of US$20 each day.

Philo is confident with her business. She knows how to attract her customers by offering what they need and like. She is also diplomatic when she talks with her clients. Philo’s medium term plan is to open a purified water facility in order to store more containers to meet her community’s needs for purified water. She is 41 years old, married and the mother of two children aged 21 and 23.
