La Señora. Bertha es socia del banco comunal Pisando Fuerte, vive por los alrededores de la ciudad de Cuenca, esta ciudad es la tercera ciudad más importante del país, es patrimonio cultural de la humanidad desde 1999 por su belleza arquitectónica y cultura, su gente es amable y gentil.

Doña Bertha tiene 23 años, es casada y fruto de su unión conyugal ha concebido 2 hijos de 5 y 4 años de edad, su primer hijo estudia en el jardín de infantes. Su esposo es de profesión mecánico industrial, no tienen casa propia por lo que viven arrendando.

La Señora. Bertha se dedica a la venta de todo tipo de ropa, esta actividad la realiza en su casa o ambulantemente y lleva un año y medio en el negocio, trabaja todas las tardes de lunes a sábados.

Este es su segundo crédito que realiza en el banco comunal y lo va a invertir en la compra de pantalones, blusas, camisetas y ropa de niños para surtir su mercadería.

Su meta es estabilizarse en el negocio.
