Maribel
Señora Maribel lives in the community known as Esquilan Chico in the city of Cochabamba. Señora Maribel is unmarried, but has been living with her significant other for over 30 years. Señora Maribel works producing raw milk, approximately 100 liters daily. She sells 50% to the Pil Andina Company, and the other 50% goes to making cheese.

The loan that she is requesting is to buy a tank for cooling milk (the cooling tank is a place to keep raw milk in good state, and is how the Pil Company receives the milk every morning and evening). This tank costs approximately $16,000, so for this reason she is making the purchase together with 15 other people in her community, who are putting in $1,000 each.

Maribel wants to able to have a cooling tank near her home, so that in the future she can collect more milk in it and perhaps stop selling cheese as it takes up so much time.
