Señor Cesar was born in the village of El Torno twenty years ago. He is single. He plans to use the loan money to buy yucca seed and agricultural supplies.

Cesar lives in his father's house in El Torno, but once he has the loan he will move to his land in the community of Alto Villa Barrientos, 20 km away from Santa Rita so that he can work the land. He will be able to live on the money he earns from the sale of the produce. He will sell the yucca directly to the consumer.

After he has paid off the loan, Cesar wishes to buy a motorbike with the profits so he can move easily from one location to another. In his free time he plays football and is a fan of Blooming, a team from the town of Santa Cruz.

El señor Cesar, nacido en la población de el torno hace 20 años, es soltero, el destino del crédito es para la siembra de yuca y lo que implica el preparado de la tierra, actualmente vive en casa de su padre en el torno, pero con el crédito se ira a su parcela ubicado en la comunidad de Alto Villa Barrientos, a 20 km. De Santa Rita para trabajar la tierra y poder subsistir de la venta de sus productos que lo comercializa directamente del productor al consumidor, con el fruto de sus ganancias desea comprarse una moto para poder movilizarse de un lugar a otro, después de cumplir con sus obligaciones. En sus tiempos libres juega al futbol y es fanático de blooming un equipo de la ciudad de Santa Cruz.
