Mrs. Rin D., age 34, is a mother of four children. She doesn’t run any business beside staying at home cooking food and taking care of her three school-age children. Her husband works as a middleman buying bananas in a large quantity from the growers to resell for a profit, making on average around $18 each day of income. She would like to request a loan of $1000 in order increase the business’s inventory of bananas and expand the business.
