Alice is a married woman with school-going children. She lives in a rental house that has electricity but not piped water. Her greatest monthly expenses are food for the family and school fees for her children.
She has operated a tailoring shop business for the past five years; her potential customers are the local area residents. She faces the major challenge of the high cost of purchasing cloth materials from the neighboring country. She dreams of expanding her business in the future.
With the Kshs 30,000 loan, she wants to purchase cloth materials and embroidery. She decided to join Yehu to access various loan products.
