Ana Patricia
Ana Patricia, or “Doña Paty” as she is known to her customers, tells us that she gets up very early to cook corn. Every day she has to deliver tortillas to the school where the students get breakfast. At lunchtime she has to travel to the capital to sell more. When she comes home she makes beaded belts so that her business will be viable. Today she tells us that she needs a loan to buy bulk corn to make corn products and working capital to invest and serve her clients. Her wish is that her three children will graduate school and have better opportunities in the future.
