Maria is a 51-year-old farmer who lives in the town of Surallah, South Cotabato. She hires farmers from her town to help till her land. Rice is her main crop.
She also raises pigs in her backyard. She fattens the pigs and sells them at the market.
Maria has requested a loan to purchase feed, fertilizer and other farm supplies. Maria hopes for her business to grow.
