A sus 31 años de edad Jaime sueña con tener su propio negocio, y es por tal motivo que hoy solicita un préstamo, hace 8 años aproximadamente aprendió a fabricar artesanías en un material llamado mimbre y con éste fabrica todo tipo de muebles, teniendo este conocimiento decidió montar su negocio y debe comprar toda la maquinaria y la materia prima que requiere para realizar los primeros productos y comenzar a vender para generar ingresos y hacer crecer poco a poco su negocio.

Jaime sueña con tener a futuro un gran negocio, que sea reconocido en el sector y que sus clientes lo distingan por la buena calidad y el mejor servicio. Para comenzar con este proceso deberá comprar máquinas como: Sin fin, radial, taladros, soplete, grapadoras, entre otras. Pero el capital es muy alto y el no cuenta con esta suma de dinero. Por lo que espera recibir el crédito y emprender su negocio con la ilusión te tener un mejor futuro y mejorar su calidad de vida.

This loan is structured on Kiva as a bullet loan, which means a single payment is required at the end of the loan term. By Colombian law, Kiva's partner Interactuar is required to offer borrowers loans with a variable interest rate that fluctuates with the market rate. Because fixed monthly payments are applied first to interest and then to principal, Interactuar is unable to predict upfront what portion of each repayment would go towards the loan principal. This creates a challenge with Kiva's system, which doesn't allow for unpredictable principal payments, and can result in some Interactuar clients appearing falsely delinquent. To remedy this, the loan has an end-of-term repayment plan on Kiva, but the borrower will continue scheduled monthly repayments to Interactuar, who will then pass along the principal amount to Kiva lenders. This means that you may see repayments made on this loan throughout the repayment term, as opposed to receiving repayment in full at the end of the loan term.
