The “VECINAL 3” community bank will begin its first cycle with Pro Mujer, as a part of the Panamericana center. It is made up of ten members and is directed by Beatriz, who is the president. The association members' businesses are varied. Among them, we have: opening a grocery store, making blankets, selling food, knitting hats and gaiters, knitting gloves, selling potatoes, selling children's clothes, making sweaters with machine knitting, selling clothes and shoes.

Beatriz has been a member of Pro Mujer since 2002 and she joined at the invitation of a developer. At present, she has a business selling food. She has done this for fifteen years.

She will take out the loan to increase her capital (to buy food to cook). She will do her purchases in La Ceja to later prepare the food and sell it in her locale. This type of work allows her to generate income to support her family. She is married and has a son.

When asked what she likes about Pro Mujer, she responds that she likes to loans.

La A.C. “VECINAL 3” iniciará su primer ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del centro focal Panamericana, está compuesta por diez integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva de la cual la señora Beatriz es la presidenta. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos tenemos: Inicio de comercio de víveres, elaboración de mantas, venta de comida, tejido de gorros y polainas, tejido de guantes, venta de papa, venta de ropa para niños, elaboración de chompa a máquina, venta de ropa y calzados

La señora Beatriz, indica que es socia de Pro Mujer desde el año 2002 y que integro la institución por invitación de una promotora. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de venta de comida que viene trabajando hace quince años atrás.

El préstamo que sacará es para aumentar su capital (compra de víveres para cocinar) que adquirirá de la Ceja y posterior a la elaboración lo comercializará en su puesto de venta. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para apoyar a su familia, pues ella es casada y tiene un hijo.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta el crédito.
