Sitha, 51, resides with her husband and a kid in Kampong Chnang province, Cambodia, an area known for palm products. Sitha is a farmer, earning an income of USD 5 per day. Her husband is employed at the factory, earning an income of USD 2.6 per day to help cover the family expenses. Each month, the family has to spend USD 50 on food and USD 37 on the other necessary expenses. Sitha is requesting a loan of USD 1000 to purchase a motorbike for the children to commute to work. This will be her first loan from CREDIT, a long-standing Kiva partner.
