Zholdoshbek is a 41-year-old farmer, living with his family in the Zhergetal village (Northern Kyrgyzstan). He is raising five school-age children: three sons and two daughters. In search of sources of income for his family, Zholdoshbek started a business of fattening up and reselling livestock in 1993. Starting with a sum of 3,000 som (KGS), Zholdoshbek was able to develop his farm to have a monthly income of 5,000 som (KGS). Also, Zholdoshbek's wife, Aynagul, is involved in retail sales at a small food stall, and this brings in additional income for the family. To further develop his business, Zholdoshbek requested a loan in the of 50,000 som (KGS) from the "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company to purchase livestock. He plans to use the profits from this loan to build a big house for his family.

Жолдошбек – 41-летний фермер, живущий со своей семьей в селе Жерге -Тал (север Кыргызстана). Он воспитывает 5 детей школьного возраста – трех сыновей и двух дочерей. В 1993 году, в поисках средств к существованию для своей семьи, Жолдошбек начал бизнес в откорме и перепродаже скота. Стартовав с начальной суммой в 3,000 сом (KGS), Жолдошбек сумел развить хозяйство с ежемесячным доходом в сумме 5,000 сом (KGS). Также жена Жолдошбека - Айнагуль торгует в маленьком продуктовом павильоне , приносящий дополнительный доход семье. В целях дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса , Жолдошбек обратился в компанию «Бай – Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 50,000 сом (KGS) на покупку скота. Доходы от кредита Жолдошбек планирует направить на постройку большого дома для своей семьи.
