El señor Cirilo tiene 65 años de edad, está casado con la señora Patrocinia quien es docente jubilada, tienen 2 hijas ya mayores de edad y con ingresos independientes, viven en un barrio muy conocido de la ciudad de Itá,. Poseen una despensa en su domicilio hace mas de 30 años, allí surte a vecinos y a ocasionales clientes con lácteos, bebidas en general, azúcar, arroz, yerba, carne, sal, panificados, carbón y otros insumos de primera necesidad, ademas vende artículos de librería, bazar y artículos para regalo.
Antes de iniciar este negocio estuvo mucho trabajando en la Argentina como empleado, el señor Cirilo sostiene que esta actividad ayudó a su familia a realizarse como profesionales ya que una de sus hijas es docente y la otra es masajista profesional, las mismas lo ayudan a en la manutención del hogar.
