Hoa is a 29-year-old single man living in Ho Chi Minh City. He is an electrician and he earns a living by repairing broken televisions and selling electrical equipment to customers in his community.
He would like to take a loan to buy old DVD players, speakers and televisions in order to repair and sell them. He hopes that through this loan he will be able to increase the turnover of his business. This will enable him to increase his income and improve his living conditions.
