Ngoc, 47 years old, is married and has a daughter. She lives with her husband and her daughter in Ho Chi Minh City.
Ngoc's husband earns money as a driver. Ngoc supports her family by sewing packing bags at her house. Ngoc would like to take a loan to buy a sewing machine to increase her production.
