One of the members is Lourdes. She lives in the city of Cuenca. This is the first loan she’s taken out in the communal bank that she was invited to join by her mother.

Our member is 31 years old, married and has a 4-year-old daughter. Her husband’s a driver by profession and works for a private firm. The house they live in is the fruit of their labor as a couple.

Lourdes is dedicated to caring for her daughter who is still little but to help with household expenses she’s been selling Yanbal products for the last three years; she also sells Omnilife products. She sells her products to friends and acquaintances.
