Betty is a married woman with two children who graduated from school. They live in their own house that has neither electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expenses are clothing and food for the family.
For the past 10 years, she has operated a tailoring business, selling clothes to her neighbors and passersby. She dreams of expanding her business to a wholesale shop in the future.
With the KSHS 80,000, she wants to purchase cloth materials for her tailoring business. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
