Hoa was born in 1967. She lives in Luc Canh village. She has two children. She and her husband are farmers. They not only grow rice but she sells vegetables in the market. She has had this job for many years. She has a monthly income of about 3,000,000 Vietnamdong (VND). Since 2006, she has participated in SEDA. The last time, she borrowed 8,502,000 VND and repaid this loan punctually. For this loan, she would like to borrow 9,810,000 VND to buy more vegetables to sell.
