Thoa was born in 1957. She is single. She lives in Xom Huong village, Co Loa commune. Her one leg was disabled. So her life is very hard.
She has a general store at home. Her main job is as a cobbler. Besides this, she also knits sweaters, wool hats and wool scarves to sell. She has had this job for many years. She has a monthly income of about 2,500,000 VND.
She has participated in SEDA since 2004 and always repaid loans punctually. This is the eighth time she is borrowing money from SEDA. In this loan cycle, she would like to borrow 9,810,000 VND to buy goods to sell and wool for knitting.
