Cascabeles Group
In this Group: Maria , Rosa Del Carmen, Maria Rosenda , Flavio, Flavio Cesar
Rosa del Carmen lives in the Asunción neighborhood. She is in a common-law relationship with Julio Cesar, and they have 3 children that they are responsible for.

She is applying for the loan to buy materials for making hammocks. She has been doing this work for 7 years, and it's going very well, since it is helping her a lot with her income. The reason she started is because her husband also makes hammocks. She saw that it was a good business, and decided to support him in doing the work; since the more days a week they work, the better their earnings.

Her greatest wish is that with her small business, help from the lenders, and with God's help, she can continue working in order to help her small family get ahead in life.

The group is called "Cascabeles", and these are the members who make up the group: María, who will use the loan to to buy ingredients for making Mexican snacks, María Rosenda who will use it to buy automotive tools, Flavio who will use it to buy tools for his sheet metal shop, and lastly, Flavio Cesar, who will buy tools for his auto repair shop.

This is a Group Loan

In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a larger group of individuals. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee. In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.

Kiva's Field Partners typically feature one borrower from a group. The loan description, sector, and other attributes for a group loan profile are determined by the featured borrower's loan. The other members of the group are not required to use their loans for the same purpose.
