Elsevar is an IDP (Internally Displaced Person) from the city of Fuzuli and now lives in the Fuzuli region together with his family. He is married and has two children. Elsevar was born in 1974. He has been involved in animal husbandry for seven years and breeds cattle. Currently, he needs 2000 AZN in order to buy cattle to develop his business. He learned this business from his father, who is also involved in animal husbandry.
